ABOUT THE JOB:

The Sales & Service Cloud Technical Analyst will work with the company's IT and functional teams to develop and implement functionality and enhancements primarily focused on customer applications within the Sales and Service Cloud business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Business Analysts to understand the business requirements in order to develop and document the required technical design deliverables. The Sales & Service Cloud Technical Analyst will be responsible for defining the implementation approach for the development team as well as ensuring that the technical specifications are well documented, planned, and tested.
