Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions
Build and enhance applications on the Salesforce Lightning Platform
Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Apply strong project management and organizational skills to meet delivery timelines
Rapidly prototype solutions to address complex business challenges
Contribute across the full development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
🛠️ Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (BE / BTech / MCA)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on Salesforce development experience
⭐ Preferred Skills & Experience
Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Sales Cloud
Hands-on development with Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST APIs
Strong knowledge of:
Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflows
SQL & SOQL
Apex test classes and clean, maintainable code
Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD practices:
Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments (e.g., financial services preferred)
