About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Application Developer with strong expertise in OneStream to join our Finance Systems team. In this role, you will manage, maintain, and enhance the OneStream platform, ensuring it aligns with business processes and architecture standards. You will work across Finance and Technology teams to optimize performance, lead release planning, and contribute to the strategic direction of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the OneStream platform in alignment with architectural standards and business processes.

  • Lead release planning, environment management, and change control for financial systems.

  • Provide consultation, analysis, and solution design for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Partner with other Systems Analysts to align solutions with the Finance architecture landscape.

  • Investigate and resolve complex business and system issues, providing innovative solutions.

  • Guide strategy and technical planning for FP&A software applications, ensuring compliance with standards.

  • Perform software testing, configuration, installation, and support to maintain stability and performance.

  • Handle complex issues independently and escalate only the most critical matters.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 4+ years of relevant application development or systems analysis experience (typically 5+).

  • Strong experience with OneStream or similar corporate consolidation and planning tools.

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in .Net, C#, VB.Net for business rules and application development.

  • Experience with Hyperion or other financial consolidation and planning applications.

  • Knowledge of financial close, consolidation, planning, and analysis processes.

  • Strong background in finance applications and willingness to deepen finance domain expertise.
