Position Summary:

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance and reporting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in tax provisions, federal and state income/franchise tax compliance, and financial reporting. This role involves monitoring tax law changes, optimizing tax policies, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and international regulations. Occasional travel to company sites may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing forecasted effective tax rate (ETR) and tax provisions under ASC 740.

  • Support ASC 740-10 (FIN 48) assessment & documentation.

  • Manage federal, international, state, and franchise tax compliance, including estimated tax payments, extensions, and return filings.

  • Review deferred tax assets and liabilities.

  • Prepare complex Schedule Ms related to tax provision and compliance.

  • Reconcile tax accounts and accruals for income and franchise taxes.

  • Assist with tax audits at federal, state, and local levels.

  • Conduct research and analysis of tax law changes and evaluate their impact.

  • Support tax planning strategies and income tax projections.

  • Participate in M&A due diligence review.

  • Delegate, supervise, and mentor tax staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • CPA required

  • 5+ years of experience with large corporate taxpayers and/or public accounting firms.

  • Experience with Corptax software is a plus.

  • International tax compliance and provision experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with federal R&D tax credit preparation and documentation is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Experience with Microsoft D365 ERP system is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Collaborative team player.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

  • Bonus Eligible

Position Overview

The Global Process Lead will be a key contributor to a supply chain digital transformation, focusing on the deployment and adoption of the Kinaxis end-to-end concurrent planning solution across the organization. This role involves supporting the solution design, training, and user adoption of advanced planning tools across multiple businesses and departments, helping to align processes and deliver profitable growth through supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and deployment of the Kinaxis solution across the organization, ensuring standardization across all businesses.

  • Act as gatekeeper on the central governance board for key functionalities, managing the improvement pipeline.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify pain points, troubleshoot planning issues, and propose long-term solutions.

  • Lead solution design efforts for MTO, MTS, CTO, ETO global templates and participate in implementation cycles.

  • Develop playbooks and best practice documentation to ensure consistency and process adherence.

  • Conduct training sessions, "show and tell" events, and ensure that end-users are equipped to efficiently run their processes.

  • Support global design efforts and ensure that key design decisions in the end-to-end planning process are standardized.

  • Prioritize requests, confirm requirements, and develop/enhance processes using best practice solutions.

  • Support fit-gap analysis for new businesses and assist with solution design for long-term improvements.

  • Travel up to 10-25% domestically and internationally, as needed by business requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

  • At least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Operations Management (Demand Planning, Supply & Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Materials Management, Inventory Management, Supplier Collaboration).

  • U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced planning tools like Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP APO/IBP, or O9 solutions.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4, Oracle).

  • Experience with large-scale supply chain transformation projects.

  • Proven track record in driving user adoption for new system implementations.

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, from planning to execution and SIOP.

  • Project Management experience, preferably using Agile or Scrum methodology.

Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $120,075 to $176,110
