Job Description:

A leading energy technology company is seeking an Industrial Engineer II to drive process improvement initiatives and operational excellence. The role involves implementing enterprise standards, leading process optimization efforts, and ensuring seamless integration of new product introductions within operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvements across the Order-to-Cash process (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver & Service).

  • Coordinate the launch of New Product Introductions (NPI) within operations.

  • Support facility transformation, technology transfer, and maintenance of production lines.

  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure long-term improvement success.

  • Apply demand-driven principles to enhance operational flexibility and efficiency.

  • Optimize product, material, and information flow to reduce costs.

  • Drive innovation and deploy engineering best practices.

  • Collaborate with shop floor personnel to improve manufacturing methods and controls.

  • Manage layouts, process definition, and equipment selection.



Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology

  • 3-5 years of experience in an engineering function





Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or ProE)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects

  • Knowledge of lean principles and process improvements

  • Ability to work in varied production environments

Global Process Lead - Kinaxis CoE | Supply Chain Transformation | Remote/Hybrid

Position: Global Process Lead - Kinaxis CoE

Location: Fully remote (if outside 50 miles of Beachwood, OH); Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) for candidates within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH

Position Overview

The Global Process Lead will be a key contributor to a supply chain digital transformation, focusing on the deployment and adoption of the Kinaxis end-to-end concurrent planning solution across the organization. This role involves supporting the solution design, training, and user adoption of advanced planning tools across multiple businesses and departments, helping to align processes and deliver profitable growth through supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and deployment of the Kinaxis solution across the organization, ensuring standardization across all businesses.

  • Act as gatekeeper on the central governance board for key functionalities, managing the improvement pipeline.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify pain points, troubleshoot planning issues, and propose long-term solutions.

  • Lead solution design efforts for MTO, MTS, CTO, ETO global templates and participate in implementation cycles.

  • Develop playbooks and best practice documentation to ensure consistency and process adherence.

  • Conduct training sessions, "show and tell" events, and ensure that end-users are equipped to efficiently run their processes.

  • Support global design efforts and ensure that key design decisions in the end-to-end planning process are standardized.

  • Prioritize requests, confirm requirements, and develop/enhance processes using best practice solutions.

  • Support fit-gap analysis for new businesses and assist with solution design for long-term improvements.

  • Travel up to 10-25% domestically and internationally, as needed by business requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

  • At least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Operations Management (Demand Planning, Supply & Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Materials Management, Inventory Management, Supplier Collaboration).

  • U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced planning tools like Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP APO/IBP, or O9 solutions.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4, Oracle).

  • Experience with large-scale supply chain transformation projects.

  • Proven track record in driving user adoption for new system implementations.

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, from planning to execution and SIOP.

  • Project Management experience, preferably using Agile or Scrum methodology.

Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $120,075 to $176,110
