Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager / Purchasing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the order-to-delivery supply chain to ensure the availability of necessary commodities to support manufacturing or distribution. You will develop, implement, and manage supply chain strategies, ensuring alignment with business growth and cost reduction targets while delivering continuous supplier performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure supplier value stream performance aligns with company demand.

• Develop and execute supplier sourcing strategies that support business growth and cost reduction.

• Provide internal consultation on the availability of future commodities and the impact on design programs.

• Identify performance gaps within the supply base and develop improvement plans.

• Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing team to drive business results and build a strong global supply chain.

• Planning: Ability to contribute to operational, tactical, and strategic planning. Develop and communicate tactical plans and ensure alignment with the overall business plan.

• Base Salary: $140,964 to $211,446

Job Description:

The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager/Plant Engineer is responsible for ensuring plant equipment reliability, implementing maintenance excellence initiatives, and supporting operational efficiency. This role reports to the Plant Manager and plays a key part in plant leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and ensure employee safety through compliance with environmental and safety regulations

• Implement a reliability-centered maintenance process to improve machine uptime and operational efficiency

• Lead maintenance teams to achieve high standards of plant condition and equipment performance

• Develop and support technical training for maintenance personnel

• Oversee capital projects, plant budgeting, and cost management within the maintenance department

Job Description

The Director of Inpatient Nursing Services will organize, direct, and supervise the functions of clinical and/or procedural units within our 8 bed ICU, 12 bed Med/Surg floor, 24 Med/Tele floor. The Director of Inpatient Nursing Services will ensure policy and procedures are followed; safe staffing levels are maintained; supplies and equipment are at sufficient levels; and efficient patient throughput is managed. This position will also develop, implement, and manage the department budget and engage in ongoing quality and performance improvement, invests in lifelong learning for staff professional development and assures employees complete required annual competencies.  Communicates important information to the CNO and other senior leadership members as needed.

Required Education:

·        Bachelor’s degree is required

·        Master’s degree is preferred

Required License:

·        Registered Nurse in North Carolina (or compact state) is required

Required Certification:

·        BLS is required within 30 days of hire

·        ACLS is required within 90 days of hire

Required Experience:

·        Minimum of 3-5 years nursing experience in a critical care unit required.

·        Minimum of 2-3 years leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, Director, etc.) required.

·        This position requires a combination of analytical skill and interpersonal / relationship skill.

·        Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to work with multiple diverse departments.
