About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and team coordination. This role requires excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes, financial management, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all phases of the construction project timeline.

  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource identification.

  • Oversee financial aspects of contracts, ensuring profitability while maintaining client relationships.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for contractors and subcontractors.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules.

  • Prepare and submit budget proposals and recommend necessary revisions.

  • Develop and deliver project progress reports, documentation, and presentations.

  • Work closely with superintendents to manage scope changes, mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans.

  • Respond to RFIs and process contract change orders.

  • Approve invoices, payroll hours, and manage the billing process.

  • Ensure compliance with contract specifications and industry standards.

  • Foster and maintain strong business relationships to support project success.

  • Provide leadership and direction to project engineers, field engineers, and coordinators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale commercial construction projects, including multi-level structures and parking garages with post-tension experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience managing and supervising project engineers.

  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications for commercial concrete structures.

  • Experience handling RFIs, change orders, and submittals.

  • Ability to manage client relationships and address project-related inquiries or complaints.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to define issues, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 (dependent on experience)

Shift:

- Swing shift: Alternates weekly between 7:00 am - 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Job Description:

 

In this role, the Plastic Injection Molding Process Technician is responsible for ensuring safety and producing high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be experienced in mold installation procedures and possess a solid understanding of key processing parameters to optimize product quality.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Focus on maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all safety protocols

- Lead and support the implementation of Safe Work Procedures and safety audits for new and existing equipment

- Participate in mold inspection, installation, and setup processes

- Troubleshoot tooling, processes, and machines, utilizing technical aptitude for systematic analysis and process improvements

- Collaborate with Engineering to develop new processes and enhance Plant Productivity initiatives

- Work with Shift Process Technicians to optimize the efficiency of existing processes

- Interpret data related to molding processes to ensure quality standards are met

- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of processes and data

- Flexibility for overtime as needed

 

Qualifications:

 

- Minimum of five years of hands-on practical experience in injection molding

- Two-year technical degree preferred

- Must pass Work Keys Mathematics and Technical Aptitude testing

- Proficiency with IQMS system and basic PC literacy

Job Description 

The Senior Accountant will oversee % Completion and all accounting/reconciliations for a project-based service group. This role requires a combination of analytical skills and a strong knowledge of accounting principles. The Senior Accountant will work closely with the Project Management team and senior leadership to ensure financial success and timely, accurate reporting on all projects.

 

Key Responsibilities 

-          Complete month-end close tasks to ensure accruals are accurate and project accounting aligns with GAAP.

-          Maintain % of Completion accounting for the High Voltage Services Group.

-          Reconcile all project costs monthly against budget and lead spend/performance meetings with project management and senior leadership.

-          Perform project setup, closeout, and post-mortem financial reviews.

-          Report monthly on cost center variances and support corrective action initiatives.

-          Assist the Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting for the Service groups.

-          Maintain the Forecast Accuracy Scorecard and support leadership in improving forecast accuracy processes.

-          Support internal and external audit requests.

-          Collaborate with Operations to complete Pro-forma and IRR calculations for capital requests.

-          Provide ad-hoc reporting for management decision-making.

 

Required Education, Experience, and Skills 

-          Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

-          Experience: Minimum 5+ years; 3+ with CPA certification

-          Skills: Strong/advanced Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

-          Preferred Skills: SAP or ERP experience, % Completion Accounting experience, CPA certification
