Compensation:
Salary Range: $65,000 – $72,000 (USD)
Bonus: Uncapped commission at 2.9% with ramp up and commission guarantee in 1st year and company vehicle
Relocation Package: None
Must-Have Qualifications:
Full sales cycle experience, from prospecting to closing deals
Background in construction and data center builds
Outside sales experience covering the Dallas/Fort Worth region
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven track record in developing new accounts and solution sales in a structured corporate setting
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience in building and construction services
Knowledge of power and rental generation solutions
Heavy construction experience across multiple industries
Job Description:
This role involves selling equipment rentals and services to data center clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. The Sales Representative will focus on business development, account management, and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls, manage accounts, develop presentations, and close deals
Track sales activities, meetings, and opportunities using a CRM system
Sell equipment rental and services to data center clients
Develop and execute an annual territory sales plan
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Preferred Skills & Experience:
3–7 years of direct or technical sales experience
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation
Knowledge of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution, energy storage, and load banks
Familiarity with data center operations and infrastructure
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Demonstrated ability to maintain an annual sales quota of $3 million
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
