Territory Sales Representative

Base Compensation: CAN$60,000 - CAN$105,000
Overall Earnings Year 1: CAN$150,000 – CAN$210,000 Uncapped

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to develop and expand our market in Quebec and Ontario. This role is critical in ensuring our customers have access to reliable energy solutions, including power, heating, and cooling.

Responsibilities:
Conduct remote and face-to-face sales activities within the assigned territory
Engage in sales with both new and existing customers using cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales strategies
Identify and assess potential sales opportunities and develop medium to long-term sales plans
Drive towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and relationship management
Develop sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and manage customer details in the CRM system
Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls, assessing needs and recommending appropriate solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Proven ability to maintain a minimum annual sales budget of $4 million
Experience in effectively expanding territories through strategic planning and execution
General understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks
Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce
Bilingual (French/English) preferred
